Decision adopting the amendments to the Programme "Individual guarantees for rural development".

This Decision amends certain provisions of the Programme "Individual guarantees for rural development" (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 57/2018). Changes are regarding the contents of item 3, "Programme validity period" which is here amended as follows: “This Programme shall enter into force on the day of its adoption and shall be valid until the funds are used up, and no later than 31 December 2023.". Requests under the Programme received before the date of entry into force of this amending Decision shall be processed under the conditions from the Programme in force on the day of their receipt.
