Decision on the adoption of the Programme "Individual guarantees for rural development".

This Decision, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on small business encouragement, adopts the “Individual Guarantees for Rural Development" Programme. The Programme "Individual guarantees for rural development" is intended for small businesses and is co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development. The purpose of this Programme is to encourage the activities of financial institutions and facilitate access to finance for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in agriculture, processing and forestry through greater availability of credit and other forms of financing, reducing interest rates and reducing collateral. The goal of this Programme is to increase the number of small businesses receiving support, including newly established entities, increase the amount of private investment and increase employment.
