Decision on the adoption of the Programme “COVID-19 working capital loan.

This Decision proclaims the adoption of the Croatian national Programme “COVID-19 working capital loan”, which is intended for small business entities affected by the coronavirus pandemic and is fully funded by the European Regional Development Fund. Based on the aforementioned programme, HAMAG-BICRO will directly grant loans to working entities for micro, small and medium-sized small business entities.
The objective of the Programme is to provide additional liquidity to micro, small and medium-sized small business entities while reducing interest rates. This objective is aimed to finance micro, small and medium-sized small business entities with evidence that coronavirus has had a negative impact on their business. The programme is not intended for activities in one of the following areas: sectors excluded by article 1 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 1407/2013 of 18 December 2013 on the application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid: Fisheries and aquaculture and primary agricultural production; tobacco and distilled spirits; manufacture and trade of weapons and ammunition; casinos and similar businesses; other activities excluded in terms of particular product (financial instrument). However, loans to be granted directly to small business entities under this Program shall include de minimis support in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010. 1407/2013 of 18 December 2013 on the application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid.
