Abstract
This Decision, based on the provisions of the Croatian Building Law, proclaims the adoption of the Programme for the development of circular management of space and buildings meant for the period from the year 2021 until the year 2030 (full text attached to this publication). This Programme was created with the aim of developing sustainable, inclusive, safe and resilient cities by encouraging circularity measures in the planning of new buildings and defining guidelines for construction according to the principles of the circular economy, encouraging the reuse of buildings and spaces and extending the durability of existing spaces and buildings, encouraging measures to reduce the amount of construction waste, also in order to increase the necessary energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy sources. Co-financing and implementation of the Program will be provided from the funds of the European Structural and Investment Funds for the new financial period 2021-2027, from the Mechanism for Recovery and Resilience through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan 2021-2026, and from the funds of various financial institutions and users.
