Decision on compensation for the development of public water supply and sewerage.

This Decision on development compensation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on water services and Law on financing of the water management, determines the obligation to pay compensation for the development of public water supply and public sewerage in the area of competence of the public water service provider Vio Žrnovnica Crikvenica Vinodol doo (water supplier) and determines: development fee payers; basis of payment; purposes for which the income from the development fee is used; amount of fee; method and deadlines for payment of the fee; supervision over the calculation and collection of development fees.
