Abstract
This Law defines the sources of financing for water management sector, in particular water charges, including the obligation to pay, payer rights, also defining the method of calculation and determining of the exact amount of water fees, manner for the use of these funds, and other issues related to the realization and use of these funds.
Sources of funds for financing of the water management are: water charges; price of water services; state budget; budgets of local and/or regional (local) governments; and other sources.
The Law is divided into VIII Chapters and 98 articles, including monitoring provisions, offences and related penalties.
