Abstract
This Decision determines the bodies and persons authorized to initiate proceedings for the protection of collective interests and rights of consumers. Bodies and persons authorized to initiate proceedings before the commercial court for the protection of collective interests and consumer rights are laid down in point II of this text. Bodies and persons from point II of this Decision are also determined for the initiation of proceedings for the protection of collective interests and consumer rights before the competent authority of an individual member state of the European Union.
