Abstract
This Decision determines the designation of demarcated areas in which measures aimed to prevent the spread and control grapevine golden yellows are implemented. The demarcated areas referred to in point I of this Decision shall include an infected area at least 1 km wide from the location where the presence of grapevine golden yellows has been determined and which includes one or more neighboring cadastral municipalities, and a safety zone at least 5 km wide from the border of the infected area, which includes several neighboring cadastral municipalities surrounding the infected area. Maps of the demarcated areas are given in the Annex.
