Abstract
This Decision, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on water services and Law on financing of the water management, determines the obligation and related issues regarding the payment of development fees in the area of competence of the public water service provider of the Utility Company Vodovod i kanalizacija Limited Liability Company for Water Supply and Sewerage. The person liable to pay the development fee is the one liable to pay the price of the water service at which the development fee is calculated. With the entry into force of this Decision, several legislative documents shall cease to be valid (listed in article 15).
