Abstract
This Decision on development fees, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on water services and Law on financing of the water management, determines the obligation to pay development fees, method of calculation, amount and obligors of payment of development fees, use of collected funds and supervision over calculation and collection and use of funds collected from development fees in Međimurje County. The development fee is the revenue of the public water service provider. With the entry into force of this Decision, all decisions on the calculation and collection of development fees issued by local self-government units in the area of Međimurje County shall cease to be valid on 18 July 2022 (see article 6).
