Decision on the establishment of the National Council for Consumer Protection.

This Decision here proclaims the establishment of the Croatian National Council for Consumer Protection; and sets internal functioning and operational structure of the same (the terms used in this Decision, which have a gender meaning, refer equally to the male and female genders). Council members are determined in point II of this text. If necessary, at the invitation of the President of the Council, representatives of other competent bodies and institutions, as well as experts from other relevant areas, may attend Council sessions, without the right to vote.
