Abstract
This Decision, as in accordance with related legislation (indicated in point I), approves fishing activities in the special management regime are denominated Jabučki džep with fishing gear and vessels referred to in points II and III of this text. Fishing vessels referred to in point II are authorized to work in Jabučki džep from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2026, or until the expiry of the Permit for Commercial Fishing by Trawl; fishing vessels referred to in point III are authorized to work from 1 January 2022 until 31 December 2026.
