Regulation on the special fishing management regime in the part of the Jabucka Kotlina waters.

This Regulation, with the aim of sustainable management of biological resources, here prescribes the special management regime in the part of the Jabucka Kotlina (or Jabuka pit sea waters), territorial sea of the Republic of Croatia, and as in accordance with the national Law on marine fisheries.
This text sets out the: terms regarding the area with a special management regime in part of the waters of the "Jabučka kotlina"; restriction of fishing in that area with such special management regime, including annual deadlines and time limits; conditions and manner of issuing the authorization for commercial fishing at sea in that area; content of the related approval form; conditions under which these approvals may be transferred; content and manner of keeping the Register of fishing authorizations; navigation conditions for vessels holding fishing gear in cases of passage through an area with a special management regime.
