Abstract
This Decision provides for a temporary emergency measure to assist small-scale dairy farmers with business problems caused by the COVID-19 epidemic caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, by withdrawing and buying dairy products from the market for free distribution of the same products, during the COVID-19 epidemic.
This Decision implements the withdrawal and redemption of dairy products from small-scale dairies with operating problems due to the slowdown in economic activities caused by the COVID-19 epidemic and which have an annual coverage of raw and processed raw milk up to 14 million liters. The withdrawal and purchase of surpluses from small dairies will at the same time ensure undisturbed further production of milk on farms whose owners have a contractual relationship for the production and delivery of milk to small dairies.
