Abstract
This Decree here amends certain provisions part of the Decree on the environmental damage responsibility (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 31/2017). Changes are regarding the contents of article 2 (setting additional EU legislative references); article 6 (added part 6a related to the implementation information and database); behind Annex VII a new Annex VIII is also here added.
