Decree amending and supplementing the Decree on financing mechanisms within the framework of the greenhouse gas emissions trading system.

This Decree amends certain provisions part of the Decree on financing mechanisms within the framework of the greenhouse gas emissions trading system (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 107/2023). Changes are regarding the addition of updated and new European Union implemented texts (article 2); definition of terms regarding the institution/body in charge (article 3); article 4 which defines the competence of Ministry; duties of the Ministry (article 5); and task of the Commission in terms of administrative/governance obligations and rules (articles 6, 9, 12, 14 and 15).
