Abstract
This Decree regulates detailed rules on the application of financing mechanisms in the Republic of Croatia within the framework of the greenhouse gas emissions trading system: the method of selecting investments for the modernization of the energy sector and other investment projects, deadlines and method of submitting the list of projects, the method of receiving revenues, implementation and monitoring of project implementation and reporting to the European Commission, and the role of the state administration body responsible for environmental protection in the process of consulting with the European Commission in the implementation of the Innovation Fund in the European Union. The Committee for Planning Investment of Funds from the Modernization Fund: proposes annual calls for expressions of interest; reviews and assesses the acceptability of received expressions of interest; proposes an annual review of expressions of interest; proposes investment proposals.
