Decree amending and supplementing the Decree on investment promotion.

This Decree amends and adds certain provisions to the Decree on investment promotion (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 31/2016). Changes are regarding the contents of articles 3 (form and mandatory content of the application), 6 (issues on eligible costs), 7 (tax benefits), 9, 10, 12 and 14 (different cases and procedures related to the approval of granted payments), 15 (article re-edited, added title “Procedure and methodology of calculating the value of state aid in the form of leasing of inactive property owned by the Republic of Croatia for free and procedure and methodology of calculating purchases”), and 16 (mandatory content of the annual report on the implementation of the investment project and the use of aid).
