Abstract
This Decree, based on provisions of the Croatian Law on investment promotion, prescribes all necessary forms and determines mandatory contents of applications for granting the status of aid beneficiary, including other related actions and procedures. This text regulates the implementation of Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty.
The Annex is also part of this publication (containing set of indicated administrative forms).
