Abstract
This Decree amends and adds certain provisions to the Decree on investment promotion (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 31/2016, and already amended in the Gazette 2/2019). Changes are regarding the updates on EU related legislation; articles 3 (documental rules), 9 (payment procedures), and adds articles 15a, 15b and 15c (calculation methodologies). Also sections of Annex are here replaced and attached.
