Abstract
This Decree prescribes the amount of the minimum annual fee for the concession for the exploitation of mineral resources and the ratio of distribution of income from the fee for the concession for the exploitation of mineral resources. The amount of the minimum annual fee for the concession for the exploitation of mineral raw materials is here determined for: 1. fossil fuels: coal (peat, lignite, brown coal, hard coal), asphalt and oil shale, radioactive ores; 2. mineral raw materials for industrial processing: graphite, sulfur, barite, slag, gypsum, chalk, flint, silica sand, precious stones, bentonite, porcelain, ceramic and refractory clay, feldspar, talc, tuff, mineral raw materials for cement production, carbonate mineral raw materials (limestones and dolomites) for industrial processing, silicate mineral raw materials for industrial processing, bromine, iodine, peloids; 3. mineral raw materials for the production of building materials: technical-building stone (amphibolite, andesite, basalt, diabase, granite, dolomite, limestone), building sand and gravel from non-renewable deposits, brick clay; 4. architectural-building stone; 5. mineral raw materials of metals; 6. construction sand and gravel from the seabed, all types of salt (sea salt) and salt water, mineral water from which mineral raw materials can be extracted, except mineral water used for medicinal, balneological and recreational purposes or as water for human consumption and other purposes, to which water regulations apply.
