Abstract
This Regulation defines the minimum amount of annual compensation for the concessionaires of mining concessions (exploitation of mineral resources and the ratio of allocation of the concession fees for exploitation of mineral resources) on the territory of the Croatian Republic.
Mining related activities performed on the Croatian territory are all subject pay fees and compensation charges.
