Abstract
This Decree prescribes contents and framework for the environment information system, which comprises systematised data provided from: the monitoring, data-collecting, pollution registers, all legislative texts related to the environment, environment impact assessment, environmental protection programs etc (Parts 1 and 2). The Government of the Republic of Croatia shall establish the Committee for the Environmental Information System (Part 3). The text consists of 17 articles divided into 4 Parts.
