Abstract
This Decree determines the financial structure of the envelope for the programme of direct payments regarding the financial period of the year 2022, which consists of funds from the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund. This text also ensures the implementation of certain European Union legislative documents, as specified in article 2. The national upper limit for financing the programme of direct payments in 2022 from related funds is determined in accordance with: 1. Annex II. Of the Regulation (EU) no. 1307/2013; and 2. Implementing Regulation of the Commission (EU) 2022/1161.
