Abstract
This Decree, based on the provisions of the Law on agriculture, determines the financial structure of the envelope for direct payments programme in 2021, which consists of funds from the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund and supplementary national direct payments from the state budget of the Republic of Croatia. The national ceiling for the financing of direct payment programs in 2021 from the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund is set in accordance with: Annex II. Regulation (EU) no. 1307/2013; Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/1135. Supplementary national direct payments in 2021 shall be determined in accordance with Annex VI. Regulation (EU) no. 1307/2013 (also secured funds in the State Budget of the Republic of Croatia for 2021 and projections for 2022 and 2023, see article 4).
