Abstract
This Decree, as in accordance with the provisions of the Croatian Law on agriculture, establishes the financial structure of the portfoglio for the direct payments programme in 2020, which consists of the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) and supplementary national direct payments from the state budget of the Republic of Croatia. Among other European Union legislative documents as listed in article 2, this text enforces the provisions of the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/1424 of 8 October 2020 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/1017 as regards the budgetary ceilings for 2020 applicable to certain direct support schemes in Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Croatia, Luxembourg and Portugal.
