Abstract
This Law amends many articles provided by the Croatian Maritime Code (Official Gazette 181/2004, 76/2007, 146/2008 and 61/2011).
Major changes are related to the adoption of the some European Council and Parliament Directives and Regulations that are adopted (see the list in article 1); general definitions, denominations and scopes; port state measures as regards various duties and obligations (article 49, regarding the reporting on pollution in ports/harbor); other port state issues regarding the foreign ships and their obligations on the territory of the Croatian sea domain.
