Abstract
This Law amends, cancels and adds several provisions to the Law on agriculture (originally published in the Official Gazette 118/2018, and amended in the Gazette 42/2020).
Changes are regarding newly added indications of implemented European Union reference documents, among multiple amendments to the labelling of certain products in relation to applied European standards, also for trade purposes, all aimed at agricultural sector development and related production. Offences and penalty rules are also amended.
