Abstract
This Law here amends several provisions part of the Law on chemicals (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 18/2013 and already amended in the Gazette 115/2018). Major changes and updates are regarding the contents of article 2 (here setting a new updated list of directives of the European Union that are incorporated into the Croatian legislation as in relation to this Law on chemicals); article 3 (setting official terms and definitions); issues regarding the necessary education of workers engaged in related exposed mansions; offences and deriving penalty provisions.
