Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law on chemicals (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 18/2013). Changes are regarding the addition of new institutions and governing bodies as for actions and governance in terms of Law on chemicals and its deriving measures and actions to be executed: in article 7 (paragraph 2) is amended -the Ministry performs administrative and professional tasks related to chemicals; in paragraph 3 the words "Croatian Institute for Toxicology and Anti-Doping” are now replaced by the words "Croatian Institute for Public Health"; in article 11 (paragraph 3) the word "Ministry" is replaced by the words "State Inspectorate"; in paragraph 5 of the same article, the words "sanitary inspector at the border" are here replaced by the words "border sanitary inspector of the State Inspectorate".

Entry into force notes
This text entered into force on 1 January 2019, except for the provisions of articles 3, 5, 6, 7 and article 8 in the part related to the State Inspectorate, which shall effectively enter into force starting 1 April 2019.
