Law amending the Law on agriculture.

This Law adds certain provisions to the Law on agriculture (originally published in the Official Gazette 118/2018). Articles here supplemented are related to refunds, settlement of refunds, and payment of debt in installments and deferral of debt repayment (agricultural payments).
Changes are here listed: In article 144, after the paragraph 3, a new paragraph 4 is added which states as follows: exceptionally, in case and during the duration of force majeure and extraordinary circumstances, which are defined by Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013, the Ministry may take a special decision to extend the deadline referred to in paragraph 3 of this article; in article 145, after the paragraph 5, the following paragraph 6 is added: in case and during the state of force majeure and extraordinary circumstances, the Ministry may make a special decision on the manner of carrying out the procedures referred to in paragraph 3 of this Article; in article 146, after the paragraph 9, the following paragraph 10 is added: in the case and during the duration of force majeure and extraordinary circumstances as defined by Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013, the beneficiary may submit to the Paying Agency a request for payment of installments on the basis of agricultural policy measures even after the expiry of the repayment period specified in the decision on repayment, provided that the last installment is due no later than three years from the repayment deadline prescribed the decision to repay the debt.
