Abstract
This Law changes various provisions of articles 1, 2, 3, 26. 29, 32, 34, 39, 42, 47, 55, 60, 61, 63, 64 and 66 of the Law on chemicals (Official Gazette 150/05).
Major changes are related to the classification, authorization, data collection, hazardous substances and international trade standards.
This Law also cancels the provisions of articles 30, 35, 56 and 57.

Entry into force notes
This Law enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of articles 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 10 which will enter into force on the day of Croatian entrance into the European Union.
