Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law on the "Croatia for Children" Foundation (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 82/2015). Changes are regarding the replacement of terms defining the related laws governing foundations, among official registers (Register of Foundations of the Republic of Croatia). Also other modifications are done to articles 6, 10, 12, 18 and 22. The Management Board of the "Croatia for Children" Foundation is obliged to harmonize the Statute and other general acts of the Foundation with the provisions of this amending Law within 60 days from its date of entry into force.
