Abstract
This Law prescribes the updated manner and conditions of work of the "Croatia for Children" Foundation, which was already established by the Law on the establishment of the "Croatia for Children" Foundation (Official Gazette 129/2008 and 145/2010). This text defines Foundation purposes, Foundation bodies, basic assets and the method and sources of related financing. The purpose of the Foundation is to promote the welfare of children's personal and property rights and to empower families in situations of various social, health, educational and other needs of children. The purpose of the Foundation is realized by providing support in money and goods, and by supporting cultural, educational, sports, recreational, religious content, as well as other forms of support determined by general acts that regards attributed topics.
