Law amending the Law on energy efficiency.

This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law on energy efficiency (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 127/2014 and already amended in the Gazette 116/2018).
Changes are as follows: in article 13 (setting energy efficiency obligation system related provisions and issues on cumulative goal of new energy savings in final consumption), in paragraph 12, the word: “March” shall be replaced by the word: “April”. In paragraph 14, the word: "March" is replaced by the word: "May". After paragraph 14, a new paragraph 15 is added (regarding amount referred to in paragraph 14 of the same article, that shall be determined by multiplying the unrealized part of the liability from the previous year exceeding 10% in kWh by half of the Fund's investment in alternative measures for calendar year preceding the year in which the liability was determined).
