Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law on energy efficiency in the direct consumption (Official Gazette 152/2008, 55/2012 and 101/2013).
Changes are related to the new provisions of the article 25, paragraph 5 that defines the duties, obligations and responsibilities of the Croatian Agency dealing with energy procurement, distribution and monitoring.
