Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions of the Law on financial incentives and benefits to agriculture and fisheries (Official Gazette 87/2002, 117/2003, 82/2004, 12/2005 and 85/2006).
Changes are related to the general terms, definitions and instruments; other various technical standards and requirements.
This Law also amends certain technical provisions of the Annex.
The amended part of the Annex is an integral part of this Law.
