Abstract
This Law prescribes and specifies all models of the Croatian state aid to agriculture, fisheries, forestry and rural areas, under the form of programs for individual models of support, for individual production (incentives), among with all related conditions for state subsidies and for potential users of the state aid.
The Law further defines all standards and provisions regarding various methods and conditions governing the state aid on the Croatian territory.
Payments and incentives under the structural policy measures are implemented through: a) income support; b) capital investment models; c) rural development programs.
The Law is divided into 8 Chapters and 72 articles.

This Law enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette and shall fully apply from 1 January 2003.
