This Law amends certain provisions of the Law on financial incentives and benefits to agriculture and fisheries (Official Gazette 87/2002).
Changes are related to the general definitions and instruments; provisions regarding the competent authorities and their duties and obligations; other various technical standards and requirements.
This Law also amends certain technical provisions of the Annex.
The amended part of the Annex is an integral part of this Law.
