Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions of the Law on financial incentives and benefits to agriculture and fisheries (Official Gazette 87/2002, 117/2003, 82/2004 and 12/2005).
Changes are related to the general terms, definitions and instruments; provisions regarding the competent authorities and their duties and obligations; offences and penalties; other various technical standards and requirements.
This Law also amends certain technical provisions of the Annex.
The amended part of the Annex is an integral part of this Law.

Entry into force notes
This Law enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of articles 11, 12, 14, 15 and 20 which shall enter into force on 1 January 2007.
