Abstract
This Law amends, adds and cancels certain provisions of the Law on financing of the water management (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 53/09, and already amended in Gazettes 90/11, 56/13, 120/16 and 127/17).
Changes are regarding several terms and official denominations of inspection affairs, administrative-territorial updates, charges and fees for water protection aimed for persons who discharge wastewater into natural receivers or public sewerage system, public water supply issues, and transitional and penal provisions (see article 16). The provisions related to the environmental permit in this Law shall also apply to the decision on integrated environmental protection conditions while it is in force (see article 18).
