Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions provided by the Law on food additives, flavorings and food enzymes (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 39/2013).
Changes are related to the competent authorities (article 3, Chapter II of the original text); duties of competent authorities (article 4, Chapter III); issues on the performance of professional tasks as granted by the Law (article 6); obligations of the food business operator (article 7, Chapter IV); official controls (article 10, Chapter V); and to obligations of laboratories that carry out analysis of official samples (article 12, Chapter VI).
