Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law on hilly and mountainous areas (Official Gazette 12/2002 and 32/2002).
Changes are regarding the general provisions and terms, definitions and official denominations; concrete financial and development techniques; other info about fees and charges; and also cancels the provisions of articles 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 22.
