Abstract
This Law modifies and cancels certain provisions part of the Law on hunting (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 99/2018).
Changes are related to the amended contents of article 84 (where the word: "Ministry" is replaced with words "State Inspectorate); article 89 is re-edited and amended as follows: “An appeal may be lodged against the decision of the hunting inspector assigned to a post in a regional office and a branch of a state office of the State Inspectorate to the competent internal organizational unit for second-instance administrative procedure in the central office of the State Inspectorate within 15 days from the day of delivery of the decision",and (paragraph 2) states that "no appeal shall be allowed against the decision of the hunting inspector assigned to a post in the central office of the State Inspectorate, but an administrative dispute may be instituted"; and in article 100 (paragraph 1) certain numeric references are updated (see article 5 of this amending text for details). Also, the following articles are here cancelled: articles 85 and 86; article 91, paragraph 5 (where former paragraph 6 becomes paragraph 5).
