Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law on nutrition and health claims, and foods enriched with nutrients (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 39/2013).
Changes are made to the contents of article 3 (competent authorities); article 4 (competent authority activities); article 7 that is re-edited (powers and duties of the Minister); and article 9 (related to official controls and inspections).
