Abstract
This Law amends and cancels various provisions of the Law on the organization and scope of Ministries and Government organizations (Official Gazette 48/1999).
Major changes are related to the general classifications, terms and definitions; specific administrative provisions and related duties and responsibilities of the competent state organizations and departments; and other technical standards and provisions prescribed in order to implement the effective action and control over various sectors, including many environmental related affairs.
This Law further cancels the provisions of articles 2, 7, 24 and 25.
