Law on the organization and scope of Ministries and Government organizations.

This Law establishes specific government departments, ministries and government institutions and determines their precise scope and responsibilities. These bodies will have various duties and responsibilities in all institutional affairs necessary for the correct management of the State departments and organizations, including all environmental related sectors.
This Law further classifies all related: 1) Government ministries as: Ministry of Finance; Department of Defense; Ministry of Development , Immigration and reconstruction; Ministry of the Internal Affairs; Ministry of Foreign Affairs; 2) Ministry as: Ministry of Economy; Ministry of Homeland War; Ministry of Culture; Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry; Ministry of Maritime Affairs , Transport and Communications; Ministry of Justice; Ministry of Physical Planning , Construction and Housing; Ministry of Education and Sports; Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare; Ministry of Tourism; Ministry of Health; Ministry of Science and Technology; 3) State administrative organizations as: National geo direction (SGA); State Water agency; State Directorate for the Protection of Nature and Environment; State Directorate for Public Administration and Local Self-Government; State Office for the Protection of Family , Motherhood and Youth; Meteorological and Hydrological Institute; State Intellectual Property Office; State Office for Standardization and Metrology; Central Bureau of Statistics; State Inspectorate.
This Law also prescribes all provisions necessary for the correct intervention of the competent institutions in case of environmental related needs or affairs.
Law is divided into 5 Chapters and 38 articles.
