Abstract
This Law amends various provisions part of the rules provided by the Law on the production, distribution and supply of thermal energy (Official Gazette 42/2005).
Major changes are related to the general terms and definitions, basic provisions and technical denominations used in the text and as official names, fees and charges and their implementation techniques, concession and thermal energy production and supply standards, and other minor adjustments and corrections.
