Abstract
This Law amends various provisions part of the Law on small business encouragement (Official Gazette 29/2002 and 63/2007).
Changes are related to the general terms and provisions; denominations and definitions; concrete technical and financial rules and measures; market measures and provisions regarding the Croatian Agency for small business.
This Law harmonizes the categorization of business size with Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC of 6 May 2003.
