Abstract
This Law adds and amends some provisions to the Law on small business encouragement (Official Gazette of the republic of Croatia 29/2002, 63/2007, 53/2012 and 56/2013).
Major changes are regarding the issues regarding the criteria for the assessment of the (positive and negative) effects on the retail economy (impact on micro-entities of the small economy) all in addition to the article 9.
